Last Week At the MTC!!! (7-15-17)

As much fun as it's been being here im kinda super ready to leave and start doing actual work! and eating actual food hahaha. alright well this week has been pretty average we watched the Character of Christ for our Film on Sunday. Idk if yalls can find it but it was an AMAZING talk. (and yes all 60-90 minutes of it) haha. MTC is crazy spiritual. im a little worried to enter the world but excited that now i have my armor all checked and put on and ready to see what good i can do. we've done a bunch of classes this week and one of the huge focus's they did was an 8 hour class called prefeild training which surprisingly i enjoyed a lot. Although one of the things they super emphasized was Members helping in the process of missionary work. which if your willing id recommend inviting the missionaries over for dinner and then seeing if you can think of someone that would enjoy the message they shared with you and helping them to do their work. if not thats ok. i know i never really did much to spread the love and joy of the gospel before i got thier so i can't really say yall need to do it. But id reccomend it. What else is important to know about Elder Holt...
Well one thing is im leaving for washington Tuesday at 3:30. which kinda sucks cause we head over to the airport and wait for like 3 or more hours before our flight and were not allowed to proselyte in the salt lake Airport. But they never did say anything about the Seatle one which i think i have an hour lay over to change some lives :) haha jk i doubt its going to be easy or successful but i still think itll be good practice. I can't wait to meet my mission president. i think thats one of the things im looking forward to most. especially since i;ve heard so many good things about him. And i can't wait to have a trainer too. idk why but it sounds like its going to be really fun!
what else. i met some more of my friends at the MTC I can't remember who i said i saw last time but this week I ment Elder Becker (one of my best friends from AZ) and Elder Bringhurst and Elder Stead if yall know them. It's so cool to see my friends giving up 2 years of their lives. Im soooo proud of them. and im so glad for all the support you guys contiunally give me in this decision.
Let's see. Everyone seems to love the statistic that so many people these days are getting married to people from their missions. its funny how people are taking bets on who hooks up with who from our district. But yeah their are some super cute and fun girls that i would mind taking on a few dates after the mission hahahahaha jk i promise im focused on the work! other personal info... well ive offically hit the most weight ive ever been. 150 flat as of yesterday. which is really stressing me out. espcially cause ive been eating like a fat boy on christmas . so im kinda outta shape. figured ill start changing that. now atleast haha
well i suck at taking pictures so ill try and send some next week. Love yalls. thanks again for everything.
Huge Wall Mural from Floor to Ceiling- They have one on every floor of the new MTC & are beautiful.
